This started from a picture of a hare a friend Christena Stephens (check out her blog!) posted on Instagram. What a magical creature! I just had to draw it. And then around it I wrote a letter of sorts, a few things I needed to get off my chest. Many times when I write on my drawings I do it in such a way that the words are obscured and can’t be read. Ironically this is how I express myself most clearly.
Other than that I wrote a little, worked out, made really good corn and crabmeat tacos, and took a trip to the Heights in the evening, which was quite nice. I will try to get into bed relatively early and not stay up reading too late.
