The weather was beautiful, and although I had to complete the most mundane of errands – oil change 🙄 – I did get to walk around the neighborhood while waiting for my car to be ready. Saw a few flowes, took a few pictures, visited this really cute shop called Another Place in Time where they have Christmas trees all year long.
In the evening I got to have a cocktail with the Pointers. John made me a Cosmopolitan like it was 1999. It kind of knocked me out. I don’t know how I was able to drink several of these in a row in my twenties.
