Today I painted a small wildflower painting inspired by yesterday’s nature walk. Then I had some members of my little art family come over for a little preview, and also just to visit.
My house is doing this weird thing where the lights flicker and dim. We had an electrician look at it this morning, but further investigation is required. My art family, however, took it all in stride and helped me feel better about this new-found source of anxiety.
Also, in between the electrician’s visit and getting ready for this evening, I was able to put the final touches on the manuscript. I uploaded it, making sure the ebook version is perfectly on track for its May 6th release. Now I just have to format the paperback – which is always a bit finicky, but my excitement over y’all reading this book will motivate me to do it.
That is a great support system…
