Here’s another piece of yesterday’s abstract painting. Does the fact that I refrained from slinging more paint at it today mean that it’s done?
I was, of course, working on something else – an adorable little pet portrait. I love how it turned out but as it’s a commission and meant as a surprise gift, I obviously can’t share it just yet.
My day overall was pleasant. I bought stuff for tomorrow’s private party. I cleaned a little. Napped. Walked around the neighborhood. Worked on the pet portrait. Wrote a scene that’s silly, but which I quite like. It seems like not much has happened, but somehow it’s been a good day.
