There’s this ginger cake I really like making each year around Christmas. I came back to the Island today, walked to the Seawall with a somewhat reluctant little dog, then baked the cake. I’m more of a savory girl, and tend to skip dessert, but this thing is delicious!
Also, I had a really nice time in Houston. I love that city, and especially am starting to love my little condo.
