Today I painted this trumpet vine. It’s different from what I usually paint but I was really tired after my book signing and this was something relatively mindless I could do. I also had fried chicken and waffles at Maceo’s and I bought a cheap used bicycle from my neighbor then rode it down the Seawall. It was so hot, but at some point, while riding, the breeze actually felt good.
