Ok, the picture’s old because I didn’t take any pictures today. But it’s still a nice depiction of how beautiful this time of year can be.
I prepared the cottage for my Thanksgiving guests. My last Airbnb guests! Then I drove to Houston and made cornbread dressing – my absolute favorite Thanksgiving side. I also made sweet potatoes and green beans and kale greens. With this feast, assembled, I feel happy and ready for my little celebration of one. I plan to finish my current manuscript tomorrow, and that will definitely be something to be thankful for.
Also, I feel like I’ve learned a lot this year. But more on that later.
Found these pictures from last year in my phone. I had just finished the cover art for Breakaway Bridesmaid. Now that story is out in the world and slowly finding its readership. Something else to be thankful for.
