Today I took time to rest, also visited with a friend who came by. I painted something small, a 6×6 inch acrylic painting of a woman’s back inspired by a large painting I see through someone’s window when I walk in my new neighborhood.

I’m slowly getting ready for Paris. Which really mostly means figuring out how to zip out of here with minimal luggage but with ideas and inspiration. Getting commissions from my collectors is definitely helping me feel very excited about the trip.
