The Houston Arboretum brought in goats to eat some of the unwanted weeds, and my friend and I were determined to see them. We walked all around the beautiful shady paths listening for bleating. We saw a beautiful rabbit, then stumbled upon an armadillo going about its business. It’s very rare that one gets to see a live one, so we were very excited about this experience. Still, we wanted to see the goats and for a long time they seemed elusive. But when we finally found them they were well worth the search! Have you ever seen weed-eating goats in action?
Also, 40 copies of Bobby’s book arrived today and Penelope is enjoying it very much.
