Today I had to drop off a painting downtown. I have always loved going downtown. There are so many beautiful buildings there. I took a moment to duck into one of my favorite art deco lobbies, took some pictures, then went home to paint.
In the evening I went to a little happy hour and got to see some old friends and meet some new people. I did a little bit of writing today too.
Tomorrow I have to sort through my clothes to pick out colorful things to wear over the next few days ti celebrate the Year of the Horse. The fire horse loves color!
