Painting seahorses presents a complex set of challenges, all of which I welcome. You should expect more seahorses from me soon, maybe even a big one.
Last night was crazy windy here on the Island. My whole little house rattled. It felt a little bit like being on a ship.
Today I met a new friend, a lady who works for the Tree Conservancy. She came to look at my beautiful old oak tree and give me advice. There are two nests in it. I hope they’re heron nests, but I guess I won’t know until the spring. If I have herons I will be the happiest person ever!

BRAVO….for the seahorse(s) and for the possible Heron nest! And for the TREE also.
