Today I finished this Galveston Island watercolor, and I also started something new: I ordered a few postcards (as in actual postcards you can mail!) with recent Island-inspired paintings on them. We’ll see how these turn out, but I’m excited! I have a few ideas as to what to do with the postcards. Stay tuned!
Also, it’s important to note that the Yellow Crowned Night Heron chicks have hatched! It’s amazing, but they hatched on exactly the same date last year too. Birds really have a wonderful sense of timing!
