For many years, watercolors have been the most sought after and easily recognizable type of work by Elena Sandovici. After all, this blog started in 2013 as a watercolor blog, and Galveston Island has always been one of the main sources of inspiration featured. Some popular Sandovici watercolors of Galveston Island are even featured in local landmarks, such as the Tremont House hotel. Given how beloved these creations are, I decided to start making a series of high quality postcards featuring recent watercolor paintings. I’ve noticed that these sell very well at Hendley Market (my favorite store on the Strand) and other local shops. If you’re someone who reads this blog, I think you should have the option to have them sent straight to you! You can now order a set of 5. I will put together a whimsy assortment, and send them your way. In July, I promise that these will include a patriotic horse! But I will keep making new postcards and keep updating the assortment, so each time you order, you get a surprise and the opportunity to collect something new!
