Currently obsessed with the novel I just finished: Workhorse by Caroline Palmer. It made me think of other books set in New York City where the protagonist is a young woman who is an absolute train wreck, such as Free Food for Millionaires by Min Jin Lee, and my own book, Dogs with Bagels.
