Fresh peaches and a poblano pepper were in today’s grocery delivery and they smell so good! My lucky lizard is back to sleeping on a leaf in my lemon tree. I guess he waited until midsummer to return. I don’t know if I’ll ever get around to grafting or repotting my lemon tree. It might never actually bear fruit. But with little snails and my lucky lizard using it for shelter – and possibly nutrition – every now and then it still brings me a lot of joy.
