Something is in the works and it’s really cool and really big. I can’t tell you yet what it is, but it has to do with Storms of Malhado.
I’m also painting some big paintings I don’t want to show just yet. Secretive much, lately? Well, many of my favorite people are vaccinated or getting there, so it’s fun to plan to unveil some new art during private previews, maybe even consider a small gathering in the studio.
Meanwhile, my friend gave me a little nudge to step a little bit out of my comfort zone in a fun way. We went to Coltivare, one of our favorite restaurants, sat in the beautiful garden, drank lovely drinks, and ate lovely food. I wore one of my new outfits from Tangerine, and might have been a tad overdressed, but so what? We only live once, and the Roaring Twenties are upon us.
