I made these cute little sandpipers on a gold background to take to Mock and More Gallery in Galveston. I have a few other ideas for how to refresh my display there. I’ll be bringing some of my favorite small pieces.
I also played around with ideas for the cover of the new book, and I like this one a lot.

I worked on the book some more today and found more places where it intertwines with Storms of Malhado and The Glory Days of Aimée Bonnard. I’m also starting to develop the characters a little more, to add some texture and flavor to them.
