I’m back in Houston, for now jet lagged and a bit confused about pretty much everything. But my friends picked me up at the airport yesterday and brought my dog, and today I painted this night heron which I hope to take to Mock & More Gallery next week. Also, it was good to see Bobby and Nancy, and good to realize I haven’t missed the crepe myrtles. They’re still blooming.
