All these people on TikTok are cooking with hibiscus flowers and today I found hibiscus in my beyond average little grocery store where I occasionally walk when the weather’s nice. So I bought hibiscus flowers, boiled them, and then, remembering the delicious hibiscus margaritas at Cuchara, one of my favorite restaurants, I chilled the water and mixed it with champagne. So that might become a signature drink around here. And I might be a little tipsy at the moment.
