Today Holly and I got to spend the day at Mock & More Gallery in Galveston. It was interesting to experience the gallery from the shopkeeper’s perspective. The day started off slow, but in the afternoon a whole bunch of people came in. We sold some of Karla Mock’s beautiful ceramic fish to a very nice couple.
I took advantage of this opportunity to freshen up my display too. Don’t you think this coastal bird belongs on the Island?
When our shift was over we were planning on taking a walk on the beach. But the day was windy and colder than expected, so we just did a little bit of loitering downtown instead.
The bird should definitely be in the gallery.
