I haven’t made an abstract watercolor in a while but today I felt called to make one. It’s to serve as a card for my friend’s son whose graduation we’re celebrating tomorrow.
Today has been a slow day, but here’s what was wonderful about it: I am finally getting into the manuscript for my next book. It’s set in Galveston in the 1980s and has a certain Almodovar vibe to it.
To celebrate I even booked a little Island getaway for me and Holly. It’s been a while since I’ve taken my fierce little dragon to the beach and I think she really misses it.
