
It’s all about balance. Yesterday I walked 17,000 steps – most of them on my favorite beach. Today I went to Sprouts for an assortment of snacks (puffed cauliflower, salted caramel chocolate chips cookies, sushi, ice cream, tangy feta and ripe tomatoes, blueberries) and I spent the day lounging on the couch doing a whole lot of nothing. I did make this TikTok though, which I think is pretty good.
