Today the weather turned cold again. I went to my friend’s place to see some of her new abstract work, which I found very inspiring. Then I went to the Menil to stare at the Cy Twombly painting I love. Then finally I went home and worked on a painting I started last weekend. It’s far from done, but there are sections of it that I really like, such as these.
