While it was a little disappointing not to wake up with a cruise ship in our bed, bacon frying downstairs, and seagulls screaming directly at us, it was helpful to remember that every day can be Horse Day and that we should celebrate accordingly. I bought fresh tortillas at HEB and made the most amazing migas with the eggs from Ronnie’s chickens. Throughout the day I worked on a really sweet project – a wedding crest for a bride to be.
Despite it being a Full Moon and Eclipse Season and all that, the day had a gentle energy to it, and I felt happy and at peace. Maybe my visit to the League Mansion and the spiritual guidance I got had something to do with it.
I invited people to spring events, had some positive exchanges, and made this cute little collage of some of the paintings big and small that are currently available. I went to see the herons too. They were primping. They do that a lot. It’s probably why their feathers look so fabulous.
