Today was my book signing at the Then & Now Bookshop. It was very cold in the morning and my spirits were low. Perhaps I get cold stunted like the sea turtles. But the book signing was fun. I got to talk to lots of nice people and sold a lot of books and even some art – including the painting of a sea turtle to my right! It was Art Walk tonight and it felt festive and fun. It’s the end of a busy busy week, and the cold has definitely complicated things, but right now I’m excited about the kind of fun I had, and the fun still ahead. Also, it has actually gotten warmer. The dog and I were finally able to have a proper walk.
