My new painting. I’m quite happy with it.
The day started with a walk to HEB where one of the nice deli ladies helped me find labne, my current food obsession. She described it to another employee as “Greek cream cheese,” and I thought that was pretty cool. There were also warm tacos from Tacodeli and I bought some as well. Really loving the HEB by my house. It’s truly my favorite thing.
But perhaps you expected me to write something about my new painting and the horses. It’s a New Moon and things have been feeling a little weird. But I got this painting done, and I got a little bit of writing done too. And the dog seems to be doing ok. So that’s what’s important.
