Things are coming full circle and things are coming to fruition. Today I had a lovely long lunch with a friend who is also a collector, got good news from another collector I recently completed a commission for, heard from a potential new client, received a very exciting update from the Blackbird resident artist, and finished working on a special painting I had been procrastinating on because I wanted to get it just right. The collector ended up loving it, so I’m happy!
Also today I did a little bit of reflection. This time last year I did something pretty significant. A year later it feels that the choices I made led to my life expanding, to meeting new people, embarking on new adventures. I often question big momentous decisions. But perhaps this is a good rule of thumb. Make the choice that will lead to your life expanding, the choice that will open new paths and make things more interesting.
Also, do you think my little horses are gay? I put up my Pride Flag painting just in case. I want everyone to feel supported and accepted. Even plastic horses.
