This morning I felt compelled to go back to Leemoo, the place with the beautiful flowers and the delicious matcha. It smells really good in there too. I had some good communication with my new cleaner, who seems very professional and easy to work with.
Then I went to Central Market to try a sandwich I had seen people rave about online, and also buy fruit and interesting Greek yogurt and such things.
In the afternoon, I worked on a dog portrait, a gift from one of my collectors for a friend who lost their dog. These are always special to me and I always try to do my best work, but the experience seemed even more meaningful after losing my own dog. I’m pleased with how it turned out and excited to frame it for the collector too.
