The magic is wherever the Alley Katz are playing. Sometimes I stay out way past my bedtime on Galveston Island and there’s jazz music in a speakeasy setting and this is absolutely the place to be.
Also, my friends and I went to a pop up bar that was really beautiful. After the jazz concert. There are, after all these years, still hidden spots in Galveston, along Market Street, just like in the jazz age.
Also, there’s a wedding going on at the Tremont House, a wedding much classier than the one in my book. All in all, it’s been a very exciting evening.
