It’s Looking Festive Around Here

Small Business Saturday isn’t until next week, but it’s already starting to look festive around here. Today was cool, so I could leave my windows open. I could hear the birds chirping. There are some small black birds with a red spot under their tails that eat stuff out of the palm trees by our pool and love to hang out there.

The first of hopefully a long list of holiday shoppers came by today and bought Blind Dates with a Book and a few other things as well. She’s one of my top readers, so we enjoyed talking about books. And she brought me a beautiful pink poinsettia!

On my evening walk I saw the new moon. It was pretty, especially for someone so problematic.

I’m getting closer to finishing my new manuscript – Cassandra Brings Disaster. And by that I mean just the first draft, but that’s still an exciting milestone.

And I’m finally running Facebook ads for Bridesmaid and they are going really well. This makes me really happy, especially since I was worried that not enough people were reading this new book.
