So I drew a Pointer puppy for absolutely no reason except I like drawing dogs, especially Pointers.
My mood has greatly improved since yesterday. Among other things, I remedied the book situation. What am I reading? The Hideaway by Lauren K Denton on Kindle and Olympus, Texas by Stacey Swann on Audible. I guess I’ve got a bit of a southern theme going on. So far enjoying both, so that makes life pretty good, but now I’m falling into the other trap of my existence which is baking while listening to audiobooks and then eating too much of my own productions. Today it was peach crumble, a totally unnecessary, but pretty tasty, caloric addition to my day.
Tomorrow I’m ordering all sorts of delicious veggies and other things as well so I can cook up something lovely on Friday for my last VIP dinner before heading to the beach. Hopefully that will keep me pleasantly occupied while listening to Olympus, Texas, and away from the sweets.
