Bad sleep. John gave me a list of foods that help with sleep. They are all things I love to eat, except for Portabella mushrooms, which are yummy but make me throw up.

Despite lack of sleep I had a really good day. The air is jasmine scented and I rode my pretty pink bicycle to see Bobby and Nancy. I also walked my own dog, ate some of the foods that are supposed to be conducive to good sleep, and overall managed to stay fairly cheerful.
