Recently I’ve been obsessed with mangoes from HEB and making my own pico for tacos using this lovely fruit, fresh cilantro, and lime juice.
Last night I fell asleep before posting this, and yet I had some lovely things to say. I have been getting delightfully obsessed with my manuscript, even dreaming about it at night, and definitely enjoying reading it on my kindle app for a bit of perspective before I get to making changes and adjustments.
