The Year of the Snake is definitely starting off well. When the dog woke me up in the middle of the night, I saw a notification on my phone that one more person had bought a ticket to one of my Vision Board Collage Workshops, this time for Sunday, because Friday is sold out!
Then, in the morning, I sent out an email showcasing a painting of a snake on a gold background, and one of my top collectors decided to buy it!
Then I proceeded to take a very long walk through my new neighborhood, which I like a lot. I saw all sorts of colorful things and visited the new public library at the Montrose Collective. I even learned about how I can apply to give an author talk.
To make the day even better, I sat out by the pool and talked to my friend for a long time. Then I organized the magazines for my collage workshop into 5 piles that should contain some fun surprises for the people coming to make vision boards on Friday night.
Also, I had another booking at Blackbird Cottage. How awesome is that?
