There was some colorful chaos left behind, but that’s a good thing. And amidst this colorful chaos I managed to have a nice day. I met one very good friend for my favorite inexpensive but incredibly delicious Indian meal and a good catch-up session, I did some shopping for things that will make the condo more comfortable, then in the afternoon I had a nice get together with another close friend whom I actually hadn’t seen in probably a year. I’m not sure how that happened. We were both very busy, but the nice thing is we pretty much picked up exactly where we left off. There was talk of books and of other interesting things. I can confidently say I had a really nice day, and I feel much less lonely than I have the past few months. Last night was good for me, and today was too.
