Look who walked all the way to the water and back – this little old dog!
Also, our friend gave us a new (to us) couch that extends into a sleeper sofa. I figured that might be nice for some of the families with kids who like to stay here.
My garden project, however, was s big failure. I thought I could build a path with stepping stones for my backyard all by myself, but the stepping stones are crazy heavy. And the people at Home Depot seemed a little gleeful about the fact that I can’t do it myself. Afterwards, the day felt too bright and hot. I was having a bit of a Betty moment where everything seemed overwhelming. Tomorrow hopefully will be better.
