Today was a beautiful and eventful day. I gave a walking tour, had lunch at Maceo’s with Cruz, picked elderflowers from my yard to make the magical midsummer beverage, and the first Blackbird Residency artist moved into the cottage bringing lots of big canvases and a bin full of paints. I’m so curious what she’ll create!
Also, I got a five star review from my last guest, which felt good.
