Why not? I’m obviously obsessed with my ghost horses, it’s the right time of year for that, and I’m suddenly feeling inspired again. I guess it’s what spending time with friends and a little bit of time on my favorite beach does to a girl. Also, whistling birds help and so do other things.
Meanwhile, I’m back in Houston, getting ready to host a small private gathering for a friend, the fridge is full of groceries to make tapas, and I just listened to the new Taylor Swift album and decided that although TikTok has been so very critical, I actually like it.
Also, I’m getting ready for another book signing at the Then & Now Bookshop in Galveston, and I think it’s gonna be lots of fun.
