Today I wrote in the morning, then my friend and I went to see the Louvre Couture exhibit at the Museum of Fine Arts. It was a perfect pairing of activities, as my new manuscript is about someone who studied fashion and who sells vintage clothing. There is in particular a kimono in the story that plays a very important role. Anyway, the show was beautiful and I made my friend laugh with my reaction to the ghastly pigeon purse. Though I thought the museum found a clever way to display it.
