The inspiration for the painting is a picture a friend took on a trip to Cuba. I found it quite inspiring. I could almost feel myself there!
The only place I traveled to today, though, held a different kind of magic. I went to John and Ryan’s Deck the Halls party where I saw Bobby and Nancy. I couldn’t get them to pose together, so I made a collage of sorts out of their pictures. It’s an accomplishment I’m proud of. I suppose the other accomplishment I’m proud of today is going to the gym. I’ve resolved to start going again. I need those endorphins! I was getting a little bit of the Holiday blues after leaving the party. But working out perked me right up. So yes, this Holiday season I resolve to work out often. Also, I hope to see Bobby and Nancy again soon.
