So this painting just magically happened. I was trying to make a background for something else, but then I realized I like it too much to paint over it. I decided to keep it just the way it is.
In the evening I had my last event in my Make Room for the Horses series, and it was a very fun evening. My friends, both artists and art collectors, were excited about me making a giant horse, and they had all kinds of input and suggestions. One of these was, “make a dog instead.” That I will not take to heart. But the idea of the horse having wheels definitely has some merit and will be studied carefully.
