Hello, October!
And just like that, my favorite month of the year is here. The heat is still with us, but mornings feel fresher. We all get to breathe a big sigh of relief when we realize September has come and gone without hurricanes. And to make everything even better, the opening of my art show, Ghostly Images, at the Proletariat Gallery in Galveston is just around the corner. Look at the beautiful poster Becky Major designed to advertise it! You know I will frame a copy of it and keep it forever.

Also, I’ve been playing around with some imagery for promoting Lola Is Never Drinking Again, my latest Galveston novel. I feel like Lola’s ad campaigns should get a new look for fall. What do y’all think?
